Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

If the X-ray chest shows white spots that have increased since 2010 and your son is not in the best of health then he requires a complete work-up which includes:
1. Detailed history.
2. Physical examination.
3. Investigations to support the diagnosis.
4. Regular follow-up.
Just on the basis of X-ray it is difficult to diagnose and treat.

I hope I have responded to your query to your satisfaction.

Regards,

RKK
