7 Years Old Baby, High Fever, Eating Normal, Taking Fluids Normal, Not Able To Get Off Fever. Cure?

Hello, My daughter she is 7yrs old with 20ky of weight is having high fever aroun 103 F, once in a day mosthly after midnight for last 6 days, her medicines are on and my doctor says that take another 3 days medication and she be fine. She does not have anyhtg else apasrt for having fever and eating and taking fluids normally. what is that she is not bale to get off from her fever, please advise

Thanks for your query. If the fever is persisting despite treatment it is advisable to discuss the issue with your doctor and get investigations done to rule out the cause of fever. Without knowing the medicines being received it is difficult to speculate on the cause but infections like malaria, typoid or urine infection need to be kept in mind and excluded.
