72years With High BP, Diabetes, Had Surgery For Colon Cancer. What Could Be The Reason For Watery Eyes?

Hi Doctor. I am a 72 year old female. I have high blood pressure, diabetes and have had successful surgery for colon cancer. I do take medication for my high blood pressure and diabetes. I wear glass for distance. I have seen my eye doctor within the last few months. I am scheduled to see my primary physician in a few weeks. For the past few weeks my eyes have been tearing more than usual. I have not injured them nor do I have a cold. I tried to find my symptoms on this web sight but have not been successful. What can you tell me?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really understand your problem and I would say that this could be allergic conditions of your eyes this is the first possibility can be said here on the basis of history given here otherwise the ophthalmologist is the final judge for this you do have certain medical conditions so that can be taken in to account but lets hope for the good have nice day.
