8 Year Old, Feeling Dizzy, Headache, Fever. Giving Tylenol, Motrin, Not Helping

My 8 year old son started feeling dizzy, said head hurts, feels aweful and had fever Sunday late afternoon. I have been alternating giving him tylenol and motrin ever since however his fever and headache and feeling aweful will not go away. Fever is averaging around 102. Last time I checked it was a few minutes ago and it was 102.5. Please help. Why isnt the motrin or tylenol helping any? What could be wrong with him?
Thanks
