9 Month Baby, Bumps Around Rectum. Applying Barrier Cream For Diaper Rash. Cause?

My 9 month old has developed little white bumps around her rectum and back towards her sacrum. They start out somewhat hard and white and then appear to open and have a brown spot in the middle. It does not seem to hurt her. She doesn't tug at her diaper or anything of the sort. There is no odor. I have been putting barrier cream on previously for diaper rash, that's all. What could it be?

She seems to be suffering from recurrent folliculitis, which is usually staphylococcal Infection of hair follicle. Application of antibiotic like Mupirocin will cure it. In case of any other query kindly write to me with the clinical picture.
