9 Month Old Child, Fever, Greenish Black Stools. Taking Azithral 200 Mg. Correct Dosage?

My child 9 months and 10kg weight , has fever from 3 days before . All related blood test done with result of normal in all tests. Prescribed syrup Azithral 200 mg per day for 5 days. now fever is normal but after taking medicine she has greenish/blackish type of stool , is there any side effects to her ?is this 200 mg per days right dose for her?

Hi, the dose of azithromycin for her will be 100 mgs once a day for 3 days or 100 mgs on the first day followed by 50 mgs for 4 more days.
It can cause loose stools.she should improve soon.
