92 Years. On Heart, Bp And Cholesterol Medications. Feeling Of Unwell. Consequences Of Being Off Medications?

My mom is taking heart medications and blood pressure and cholestrol medications. She is 92. She lays in bed nearly all day. She does walk with walker to bathroom and back. She does get out of bed to eat. She has expressed that she doesn't feel well and that G-d would be good to take her. What would happen if she refused her medications? Would she be able to have hospice to ease her passing?
