A few small follicles were noted? im worried? can i have kids? hello i had an pelvic ultrasound done and one of the things that came back was right ovary measure 3 and left 6.1ml. a few small follicles were noted? what does that mean? im worried? can i have kids?

You have immatured follicles in your scan.But the size of the follicles depends on the time of the scan,phase of the cycle etc.You should see a fertility specialist if you are worried about that.However,ovulation study has to be done several times in a cycle and does not depend on one report.

thanks for comment, but what about the ovaries? they are different sizes? is that normal? im 23 years old
