A Sudden A Bunch Of Water With Pink Blood In It Come Gushing Out Of Me, Why Would This Happen ?

Yesterday I was standing up and all of a sudden a bunch of water with pink blood in it come gushing out of me. I'm not pregnant . Why would this happen?

I could have helped u better if u had told me where the gush of blood was coming from
Most likely it is from the vagina. Please seek advice from a gynaec and also get an ultra sound pelvis done. Donot neglect as it does not sound normal at all
