What Causes Urethral Irritation?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...This is embarrassing... A few days ago (6/01/10), after enthusiastic masturbation with a lot of urethra rubbing, I female ejaculated (this is new for me). Since then, I have been experiencing frequency with urethral irritation. I went to the ER last night (6/04/10) and they told me there was no sign of infection on the urine test. Today the urethra still feels irritated, although it does not hurt to urinate, and there is some milky white discharge that I did not notice before. I also want to note that this cannot be an STD as I have not had sex in a long time. I m very worried about this and need help fast.

Female ejaculation is frequently noticed in many of the erotic masturbations.
The white discharge with milky smell indicates an underlying microbiological infection which sometimes not get evolved over the lab data depending upon a load of the causative organism, type of lab preparation or else.
In my clinic, I do recommend best symptomatic medications with antibiotics, antifungal medications with supportive care and regular follow up.
Maintenance of hydration and control of blood sugar are very vital parts of best recovery.
