hello
aso titres indicate infection by certain group of bacteria which we call streptococcal. the association with fever, joint pain needs immediate attention and treatment with penicillin group of antibiotics.
it is essential that you see a doctor immediately for prompt control of the infection.the pain and fever will subside with proper treatment.
hope this is helpful.
