Pain all around abdomen and in rectum without abnormal stool, no mucus, no blood with normal CT scan of abdomen and CBC being normal can be due to the following reasons: Colitis sue to some specific cause. IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome. This can be diagnosed by further clinical evaluation, examination and further investigations as follows: Tests of stool for 3 consecutive days is many a times very useful and get a diagnosis. Colonoscopy and biopsy. Any other investigations as would be advised by your Gastroenterologist. All these will give a definite diagnosis so that a specific treatment can be done. If all the investigations are within normal range then this may be due to IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome and you van thus get treated accordingly. Control of psychological factors is then a must wither with medications or so.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
