Abnormal Bleeding, Cyst On The Right Ovary, Follicle On Left Ovary, Endometrial Lining 22mm Thick, Advised D&C Or Surgery. Advice?

i am 43 years and weight 77 suffering from abnormal bleeding before 2 weeks otherwise my cycle is normal my ultrasound report has cyst on right ovary and follicle on left ovary and my endometrial lining is 22mm thick and uterus is bulky my doc said she will do d and c and than give any medicine or otherwise she will do surgery what to do pls help

Thanks for the question.

I would vote in favor of D and C.And would follow up cyst on ultrasound to see of cysts resolves.Most cysts resolve and don't need surgery.
