General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.Warfarin levels in the blood of her husband are normal.
Normal levels of warfarin in blood are between 2.0 and 3.0 (even more according to the pathology of the patient).
About foods that interact with warfarin, he must avoid excessive intake of green leafy vegetables, such as green tea, spinach, brussels sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce.
I wish you good health.
