Abnormal Menstruation After Child Birth. Is That Normal ?

hi I have now my 1 year and 8 mos child. After giving birth last jan2012 I never had a chance to visit my OB for check up is that ok? and now I have a problem with my menstruation I think my period is abnormal like this month my menstruation is very late my last menstruation start July 31 ended Aug. 5 and then I had my period again yesterday sept.18 and it stop now is that normal? I am very worried co'z I don't want to get pregnant what is your advice thanks and more power!<br><br>AAAAA

Hi,
As you are a child,might be breast feeding or might have recently left breast feeding.
This can cause no period or irregular period for some time.
So this might be the reason having irregular period.
But there are all risks of having pregnancy.
Consult Obst. and get examined.
Ok and take care.
