Abnormal Period, Headache, Back Pain, Gas, Stomach Cramps, Frequent Urination. Pregnant?

I had a two day period that was light pink and my cycles normally last about 5 days but didn't this time then 4 day's later 1 day of spotting and nothing else! Have headaches, back pain, gas, and stomach cramps when I lay down at night also been urinating more often and get alittle nauseated when I eat could I be pregnant or is it in my mind?

I think you should take a urine pregnancy test for confirmation of pregnancy .
