Absence Of Period For Years, Trying To Conceive, Noticed Blood On Tissue. Can I Get Pregnant?

Hi I am a 33 year old female weighing 245 pounds and I have not had a cycle in over 9 years. I want to have a baby more than anything in this world, I have never been pregnant thus far. A couple of days ago I noticed blood on the tissue when I wipe but it only lasted briefly, but then again yesterday I saw blood again, does this mean that I can get pregnant?
