Welcome to HCM.
This symptoms seems to be severe neurological damage at the cervical region or might be compression of any nerve root due to injury on vertebra.
Start oral nsaid with muscle relaxant,B12,folic acid and minerals.
Intra muscular injections of nsaid and b12,folic acid will be more helpful.
Pregabalin is useful for neuropathic pain and fibromyalgia.
Consult your orthopedician for proper diagnosis and better medical management.
