hello and welcome to HCM,

A reddish mark on the vagina after trauma suggests hematoma formation.
A hematoma is collection of blood.
This collected blood undergoes a change in color within 5-7 days.
The color change starts from red to blue to green to yellow.
The hematoma can get infected.
A greenish discharge from the swelling suggests a superimposed infection.

Consult you doctor at the earliest for clinical examination and further work up.

Thanks and take care
