Acid Reflux, Have Cough, Heartburn, Polyps In Stomach. Given Famotidine And Omeprazole. Done Endoscopy. What Does It Show?
I'm reading up on acid reflux which my doctor says I have and is treating me for with famotodine and omerprazole. My concern.....my cough is NOT dry. I bring up a large amount of foamy, clear thick liquid every time I cough, which is usually several times an hour. I have had this cough for over two years. My last endoscopy (a few years ago) revealed 2 polyps in my stomach which, of course, were removed. I cannot tell if the "cough-up" is coming down (from my sinuses) or up (from my stomach). My doctor more or less guessed it was from my stomach. Heartburn was very severe until I had my gall bladder removed in March. Now I only have it occasionally and an antacid will take care of it immediately. What do you think?

IT WAS LOCAL PROB;LEM AS THERE WERE POLYPS WETE REMOVED AND GALL BLADDER REMOVED AS THE SYMPTOMPS ARE CONTROLLED IT MEANS IT WAS GALL BLADDER CAUSING PROBLEMBUT STILL TAKE PRECAUTIONS TO EAT NON OILY NON SPICY AND NON FATTY FOOD AS YOU HAVE NO GB TO DIGEST FATYY AND GREEST FOOD
