hello My Name is Manoj Sharma..I have acidity, constipation & indigestion problem
i have heaviness in stomach & i donot know what to use words(gucham gucha in stomach)...feeling very restless...
I am taking Pentocid DSR in morning empty stomach..then one tablet before meal for heaviness...someone advised me abt pylokit treatment as i am having stomach infection...kindly consult me what i do.

You have a peptic ulcer disease (PUD).

PUD is cause by acid secretion in the stomach that erodes the stomach,

oesophageal and duodenal mucosa producing the characteristic symptoms you

are presenting with.

PUD is usually associated with a stomach infection due the bacterium H. pylori.

In people who are positive for H. pylori, an eradication treatment plan is

instituted with the aim of eradicating the bacterium.

Pentocid is a good medication for PUD but it has to be associated with

two antibiotics if you are positive for H. pylori.

You should avoid dry food, alcohol, drugs like aspirin and ibuprofen, pepper

and spicy foods.

In in small quantities and regularly and avoid eating very late.
