Active Lifestyle, Consuming Less Than 1800 Calories A Day, Morbidly Obese. Guide For Weight Loss
Hello my name is ariel. I am morbidly obese... I have tried every diet and I dont loose more than 10 pounds. I dont consume more than 1800 calories a day at the most and i am highly active. i break and train horses on a daily basis. what should I do? because i am willing to do just about anything to loose weight for my health. Diabetes, heart problems, and obesity do run in my family. I am starting to have physical problems such as hip issues. I am only 22 I want to live a long and happy life... can you please give me some suggestions or maybe even reasons why I cannot loose weight.
it looks like your obesity is genetically determined, keep your diet under control as you are doing now. do one hour of physical activity vigorous one every day for at least 3 months along with your active life. if it doesnt subside after this, do approach endocrinologist, to find out any endocrinal disorder and if nothing is there can start on anti obesity drugs.
you can also have fenugreek in morning before breakfast and start on 500 mg metformin in afternoon.
wish you good health
