Acute Pain In Upper Left Abdomen During Inhale

I am suffering acute pain in upper left abdomen. It originates from or under the rib. Due to this, i could not able to breath properly. During inhale i feel pain at the said region.

I think this is splenomegaly, spleen is enlarged in you. Get examined by a Doctor. Correspondingly we have to check for other symptoms and signs too. So to get benefitted you better get to see any Doctor nearby.
