Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, the child had some infection in the intestine. The source of the infection may not be visible. I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin syrup, dicyclomine drops, and lacticacidbacill . Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
