Advise On Changing Bowel Pattern With Mucous And Green Tinge To It
I have been having issues with my bowel since i had my appendix removed last year. the doctor says its just down to my ed that i suffered. but i feel like there is more going on. I have had blood (rarely), VERY constipated, sometimes diahria. sometimes this strands. I feel heavy in the bowel. and my insides are ALWAYS rumbling and making sounds. I never feel completely empty even after a decent stool. I experience stomach cramps occasionally but yes just feel like there is moe going on. i had mucosa sfew days ago. latelty my stool has been sticky and stringy like. It is GREEN today. any ideas whats going on?
Dear your probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), cause for this not known correctly but changes in cerebral and gut balance. Spicy, fatty food may aggravate this problem. Alcohol, caffeine and smoking also culprits. Avoid above risky habits and food. Regular exercise yoga and meditation. Tab. Rifaximine 200mg thrice in a day, Tab Normaxin twice a day, if symptoms not improved consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
