Advise On Walking After Treatment For Gbs

Sir, My son is 10 year old effected in gbs both upper & lower limb. After treatment discharge from hospital we give the phisical theropy, now after 2moths he is standing and walking some support. Plese tell me how can he walking and runnigng normally . Ashok kumar Kolkata
