After Birth Of My Baby Not Getting Milk To Feed, Do I Need To Do Something ?

I have 4 kids and the youngest is about 1.8 years old. After the birth of my baby I did not breast feed him as I was not getting milk. Now after pressing the breasts some milk comes almost regularly. I want to know whether it is normal or do I need to do something about it.

some times breast milk will not come immideately after delivery but you need to try feeding the baby. if the baby keeps on sucking then there is a strong stimulus for the milk production and it will increase the milk production. take good amount of green leafy vegetables everyday and try to feed the baby even if milk is not comming.

This due to hormonal disturbance of PROLACTINE hormone. You should get done your serum prolactine level and should consult some endocrinologist. If you want to be pregnant again, thios breast secretion should be controlled with tablets.
