I FELL TWELVE FEET ON A CONCRET FLOOR ON BOTH KNEE'S, I WAS EIGHTEEN AND IN THE ARMY, THE DOCTORS SAID I PERMANETLY DAMAGED MY CARTILAGE, IN BOTH KNEE'S UNDER MY KNEECAP,S.
MY PAIN HAS ONLY GOT WORSE OVER THE YEARS, WHAT CAN I DO FOR THE PAIN WITHOUT DRUGS,AND CAN YOU SHOW ME WHAT A GOOD AND A BAD CARTILAGE LOOKS LIKE.

It is possible that you are now suffering from osteoarthritis.
You can probably do good with exercises, physical therapy like heat application and applying local pain gels.
the only other medicine which has proven to give some relief is duloxetine, this is a medication that has been found to relieve pain without using painkillers.
