After Workout Throbbing Shoulder Pain And Weakness In Front Of Shoulder

throbbing shoulder pain and weakeness in front of shoulder after workout I have a throbbing pain in the front of my right shoulder every time I do tricep pulldown. I do pulldowns with one arm then alternate. When I pulldown with left shouler everything is fine but when I pulldown with my right I noticed w eakeness(can t do many repititions) and throbbing pain afterwards. I have been to an orthopedic doctor and he could t give me an answer and gave me etodolac. The treatment didn t work and still notice pain and weakeness. What do you think?

Please give rest to your shoulder it requires rest.Exercise or work out is a strenous activity for muscles & occassionally result in internal injury and so the give us the message of injury in form of pain.The muscles are made of minute fibres ;a small fibre if breaks we can't know but internally it causes swelling & pain .These minute injuries also need time to heal so whenever there is pain don't exert that part .The treatment is to give max rest to the part ;you can take a anti-inflammatory like BRUFEN-400 three times a day if you are not allergic or asthamatic.take it for a week .Hopefully you may feel better in a week.

I've had this shoulder problem for many years and I have stopped working out. I decided to started lifting after a year and the problem is still there. Could be a tendon orpinched nerve?
