Alcoholic. Chest Pains, Nausea, Dizziness, Severe Headaches, Shuddering And Twitching In Sleep. Will I Feel Better?
I am 30 years old, for the past several months I have been experiencing chest pains, nausea, dizziness, severe headaches, shakiness and my girlfriend says I twitch constantly in my sleep. What could be causing this? I do smoke about a pack a day and I also drink alcohol regularly. I am a welder and I am working in the elements constantly, not sure if the symptoms are related but I am feeling worse almost daily.
These symptoms can very well be related to consumption of alcohol and smoking, need to think about it and consult a psychiatrist or deaddiction specialist, if you are willing to decrease / stop alcohol
In addition, need to take a chest x-ray and ECG minimum and consult a physician to rule out any lung or heart problem
