Am I Feeling Tired Due To Xarelto Drug For Blood Clot? What Is The Best Treatment For ADHD?

I have two key questions. .....1) I am currently taking the drug Xarelto for a blood clot in my leg.I have been on it just over a week now and still have two more weeks to go. (dosage is twice/daily for three weeks). Since I have been on this medication I have been feeling extremely tired all the time. Is this a side effect from this drug? Several Healthcare workers have told me that it is not, but I can t help but to fweel that they may be wrong. #2) What is the best treatment for Adhd? I have had Add since I was a small child and I was wondering what Medical officials feel is the very best treatment for this. I will really appreciate any assistance you can give me regarding these issues. Thank you, Larry Shank

BACK PAIN AND FATIGUE ARE ADVERSE EFFECTS OF XARELTO IN ABT 5 % PATIENTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND WARFARIN INSTEAD OF XARELTO AS ITS MUCH BETTER AND CHEAPER THAN XARELTO, THOUGH THE INR NEEDS TO BE MONITORED N CARE FOR DRUG INTERACTIONS BE DONE.

ADDERAL AND ATOMOXETINE ARE TWO OPTIONS I WOULD RECOMMEND PROVIDED DIAGNOSIS OF ADHD IS DONE BY A CONSULTANT. PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION IS A MUST BEFORE DRUGS.
