Am I Having IBS?

I am a nineteen year old female, diagnosed with IBS nearly two years ago. For the past couple of days, I have had mild yet uncomfortable muscle spasms in my stomach. These are not constant, but frequent. The spasms are all over my abdomen, not in any one place in particular. Tonight, my BM was a dark brown color with areas that looked darker. Is this the IBS acting up again? Or is this something more serious that I should be concerned about?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern see the IBS is so greatly exaggerated and being wrongly taken for every gastrointestinal complain in fact this is the syndrome highly related with your psychosis condition, looking to your age the chances of this disease is less likely if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following medicines keeping mind that this could be protozoa infection,
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day
2) Tab Clidinium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
hope this information helps you have nice day.
