Am I Having Early Signs Of A Heart Attack ?

I am 23 years of age (not overweight ) and I ve been having stabing-like pains on the left side of my chest right under the brest tissue for over a month now. Could that be early signs of a heart attack? or anything related? Keep in mind that i do not have shortness of breath, numbing in the left arm, nausea , headaches, dizziness , confusion or any kind of symptom that comes with a heart attack. I do not have irregular heart beats, but i do get panic attacks... Could it be that im just stressing too much?
