Am I Having Stomach Bleeding?

I had a severe migraine today, so i purchased some Excedrin Migraine , i took two pills at roughly 8:30PM, and around 1:00AM i noticed some blood in my feces, It says on the bottle that it can cause some stomach bleeding due to NSAID. Should i be worried, and go to the ER, or wait till later in the morning

Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the heavy bleeding then you can see the ER and if it is just the blood-stained stool then no need to go to ER. NSAID could cause the bleeding but it is a very rare condition, and it always associated with some medical condition like peptic ulcer, hyperacidity, and others.
