Am I In Danger Of Having Pneumonia?

I have been sick for the past 8 days. Currently I am having sinus issues, fatigue, and a cough. The coughing is so bad that my lower ribs and abdomen hurt and my back between my shoulder blades. The cough is not a productive cough. Could I have pneumonia?

Yes if you have pain in the chest and fever continuously, it is very much possible that u can have a pneumonia. However it could just be a viral upper respiratory tract infection, which can be annoying sometimes and take a little longer than usual to subside. Do a Chest xray and see a chest physician to guide you properly for the treatment
