Am I Danger With Lightheadedness And Headache After A Head Injury?

Hi, My boyfriend and I were wrestling and he picked me up where my legs were on his shoulders and he had his hands on my back he s 6 foot and he was walking a tripped and dropped me on the floor straight on my back and the back of my head hit the floor at the same time. I immediatlry got light headed and got a headache and my back hurts bad. What could have happened? What should I do?

From your history since you said he was lifting you and had dropped it is always better to do a x ray spine and also chest x ray to rule out injury.If you had a ny vomiting or seizures or continous head ache then you will need a CT plain brain to rule out any internal clot.If you doont have any vomiting and you can talk normally then you can wait and watch...Good day
