Ankle Bone Injury. Pain In Leg, Tender To Touch, No Pain

Hi. I hit my right ankle bone last night at about 6pm. Very sharp pain at the time, but after 5 minutes I just got on with it, carried on walking on it etc. About an hour later started to get pains up my leg and down my foot - driving was very painful!! This morning it is still painful. No swelling , but very very tender to touch

Hi
Thanks for sharing your experience.
May I know how was your ankle hit ?
For relief of pain you need to take analgesic tablet like paracetamol+aceclofenac combination.
Apply diclofenac gel locally.
Take alternate hot and cold compression on the anke.
Take rest for few days.

Don't forget to get a check up from an orthopedic surgeon. You may need to do an X ray of your ankle to see if there is any crack in your bones.

Hope this helps.

Update here how you stay.

Take care.
