Ankle Fracture, Walking On It With Crutches, Purple Discolouration In Toes. Cause Of Concern?

Hi, I broke my ankle (stable fracture ) 18 days ago and have been in a fibreglass cast since then. Last week I was told it was alright to walk on the ankle with crutches. two days ago I was given 4weeks until the cast is removed, but to walk less and keep my foot up. Last night I noticed two of my toes had gone purple and they remain like that this morning - should I be concerned?
