Ankle Injury, Hamstring Pain, Swelling. Is It A Sprain?

Hi,


I fell down a hill and landed on my ankle, it popped and was swollen to the size of a baseball, not the swelling has went down tons and it in't turning colors but it hurts up my hamstring as well, is this normal and what do I do? Also I had a bubble on the top of my foot after the sprain what could have cause this?

Thanks for query on HCM.
Pain,swelling is due to soft tissue injury and pain in hamstring due to pull,and extra weight on that part.
Apply ice 3 to 5 times a day.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
Start nsaid with serratiopeptidase. Intra muscular injections of nsaid will be more helpful.
Avoid extra weight bearing on it.
Apply elasto bandage (4 INCH) during movements.
Go for x-ray and proper medications under guidance of orthopedician.
