Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

Generally, soft tissue injuries heal within 3-4 weeks of immobilization.

As your symptoms are persisting even 10 weeks after an injury, there could be some serious issue causing you pain.

I suggest you to undergo an MRI scan of your ankle joint which establishes the diagnosis. The treatment will be based on the detected lesion.

Consult an orthopedic surgeon for further management.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
