Ankle Pain, What Could Be The Reason ?

I had injured my left ankle a couple of years back and the pain has re-surfaced now especially on exercising. What could be the reason?

The stress on your joint which has not healed completely could be the reason behind this. Thats why I suggest you to consult an Orthopedic surgeon and get an x-ray if needed.

Its might be due to ligament and muscle problem, get a suggestion from orthopedician and follow physiotherapy one week or two weeks.
