Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

it seems that you might have Bursitis of ankle or Calcanium spur.

Go for X ray ankle joint and find out the cause.

Wear soft foam base chapples or shoes.

Do hot and cold fomentation.

if require go for hydrocortizone injection locally.

Ok and bye.
