Ankle Warm, Walking With A Limp And Having Pain After Hurting. Is It Just Strain?

My daughter hurt her foot and she complains with it hurting when she is sitting still or walking, she says it hurts from the back of her heel up the back of her leg little padt her ankle. It is a lot warmer to the touch than the other one she walks with a limp. Could this be something to worry about or jus a strain?

It can be just sprainor ligament injury. It is better to take ax-ray and rule out fracture. Give her some rest. Give her combiflam tablet after food for two days. Apply relaxy ointment over joint. crape bandage should be applied. Ice compression should be given.
