Any Advise For Having 160-100 Blood Pressure?
I am hyper tension patient on medication since 7 years. Presently I am on Atenolol 25 mg and Amlodipine 5mg once in a day. My heart beats normally remains 60 bpm.
Since last 15 days blood pressure remains high at 160-100. Heart beats are same as 60 only.
What is advise for me?

Hi i read your query.
I recommend to avoid salty foods and to drink plenty of water. Walking 3-5 km a day and to add diuretics to your therapy.
