Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the malaria fever, charecterised by the chills, and low temperature, after about an hour though nothing is done the temperature rises, and chill ends, if nothing is given also, it will the temperature comes down after few hours.
Again chill starts at the same time the next day and cycle repeats. You may need to have Q.B.C. besides other blood tests.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and Protein rich foods to increase resistance against such infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
