Any Chances Of Infection Despite Tetnus And Rabies Vaccine After Dog Scratch?
Sir i scratched by a street dog when the dog is fighting with another dog in the night,i don't know that is scratch or bite by dog but see the place of mark like scratch,after 2 days i took TT injection and after 4 days i took 1 rabies vaccine,i have fear and anxiety of getting infected,please suggest Me what i do??

I had gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Any animal bite/Scratch donot ignore that, because it is 100% fatal but it is 100% preventable with proper treatment.
In your case as you a noticed the scratch little late but you have taken a dose of antirabies vaccine and TT injection.
For my patients with this history I would have advised to take 5 dose of anti rabies vaccine on day 0,3,7,14 and 28 on to shoulder(Deltoid) and ask him to observe the dog for 10 days.
If dog develops any symptom of rabies I would have advised him to take anti rabies immunoglobulin in and around the site of bite/scratch.
