Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Toxicity is highly dosed dependent. The dangerous dose for methanol is very small (about a teaspoon). So, probably hospital and poison control is the safest. There are hospital based antidotes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Matt Wachsman, Addiction Medicine Specialist
