Any Help For Arthritis In Knees, Neuralgia In Abdomen And Nerve Entrapment?

Hi doctor, please help me if you can,I'll cut straight to the point as I'm at a crossroad and don't know where to turn . I suffer from a few things from server arthritis in my knees etc and nerve or neuralgia in my upper abdominals from hernia surgery from mesh placement and nerve entrapment , my problem is my dependence on pain killers ie OxyContin ,they seem to have no effect for pain they just stop the terrible withdrawal simptoms if I try to not take them ,as I don't want to be on these things at all ,I've been using OxyContin for around 5 years . I have several of the side effects but the worst is constipation or total loss of bowel movement which is causing problems with back spasims etc ,please help if you can I and my family would be so grateful ,yours sincerely Brett from Australia .

you have developed drug adddiction(dependency). You can contact deaddiction center in your city.
Regarding constipation,my advice would be take plenty of fluid's with diet rich in fiber (fruit and leafy vegetables). Avoid too much junk food .
