Any Help For Pregnant Suffering From Nausea, Vomiting, Yellow Bile With Red Blood Spots, Abdominal Cramp, Diarrhea, Sweating?
I am shy of three months pregnant, although am having a termination. The past week i have been experiencing odd and painful symptoms. The symptoms are; constant nausea and vomitting a bright yellow bile with bright red blood spots, abdominal cramping and constant aching all over especially in my lower back. Appetite is completely gone, however am extremely thirsty all the time, atleast three times a day i have diarrhea, which is dark brown almost black in colour and causes severe stabbing pains in my lower abdoman. I keep getting hot flushes that quickly turn to icy chills, and am constantly sweating. Please help.
Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.
These symptoms are concerning. While they might be related to pregnancy itself (nausea, vomiting, decreased appetite, cramping), the symptoms of abdominal pain, chills and sweating are more concerning that something else is going on. If you have not had an ultrasound, then this is the first most important thing to do. It is important to make sure that you are not experiencing symptoms of an ectopic or perhaps have twins. It might also be a GI related problem - simply the flu or other bowel related disease. Contact your doctor as soon as possible.
I hope that this helps and good luck!
