Any Idea About A Facial Spot( Growing Deeper) Which Upon Burning Just Scabs Over And Doesn't Heal?

I have been going to a skin specialist in Cobourg for a year and he keeps burning a spot on the side of my face.
It never heals, only skabs over. It has always been a little different from all the other spots on my skin in that it feels as though it is growing deeper than the other places. It is now red and always feels like a burn that won't heal.
What is your opinion?

Thanks for the query.

You might have developed facial warts.

These are deep viral infections.

Treatment is with LASERS.

The lesion should be burnt.

The problem is recurrance.

I can give you a closer diagnosis if you can upload a photograph.
